How It Works
We only offer support if you have a support access membership with us. We have three levels of access. Extra support hours are available at all levels.
Level 1 - Basic Hosting & Support
We offer hosting and minor updates * for €25 ex. VAT per month.
* Minor updates are telephone number changes, address changes, typos, or a sentence changed a few times per year.
Level 2 - Premium Support
Premium support includes regular changes or updates to your website on a fair usage basis (such as updating a portfolio, a news section, or upcoming events). Fair usage is approximately 1 hour per month on average over a rolling 4 months (i.e. if you don't ask for support for 4 months and then ask for 4 hours work that is fine by us).
Level 3 - Gold Premium Support
Gold premium support includes on-going changes or updates to your website on a fair usage basis (such as updating a portfolio, a news section, or upcoming events). Fair usage is approximately 4 hours per month on average over a rolling 4 months (i.e. if you don't ask for support for 4 months and then ask for 16 hours work that is fine by us). Gold Support also includes SEO tweaks and reviews on a bi-monthly basis.
No Support, Custom Support, or Occasional Support
If you need something else then chat with us. We are here to help.

Step 1: Book Guidance Session
If you want help understanding our offerings and choosing a website design that works for your business, then book a no obligation online guidance session with us here. You will spend 20 minutes chatting with one of our team here in Dublin. If you don’t think what we offer is for you (which it may not be) then we promise not to bother you again.

Step 2: Pick Your Website
The fun part! Browse our ever-growing collection of website layouts and pick one that suits your business. We have made it as easy as possible by offering filters to search by and a working demo website for every layout (we even have demos of different colour schemes for our more popular layouts).

Step 3: Choose Your Branding
If you need a brand package (consisting of logo, colour scheme, brand guidelines, social media profile images, brand fonts, and business cards) then you can order it here. Please note that branding can take a little longer than two weeks as it is subject to a good bit of back and forth with our designer.

Step 4: Add Optional Extras
You can do this now or later, but if you want integration with a booking or reservation system, product sales, or something like a sign-up form then you can order that here.

Step 5: Discuss Your Business
This is where we really add value and prove our worth compared to other website developers. We are experienced business owners and content creators, and we will work with you to help you decide what should be on your website and how it should be presented. We will help you write “copy” for your website and get it working for your business.

Step 6: Review and Revise
We will place your website “live” at a temporary web address for you to view and share with friends or colleagues for feedback. Any changes or updates can be advised to us either on a web call or by email. This is not a one-time process and within reason we will work on your website until you are happy.

Step 7: Go Live
When you are ready and happy to go live we will connect your domain name to your website, check everything is working OK, and submit your new website to Google for listing on their search engine. Congratulations!

Step 8: Choose Your Support
At a very minimum you will need a hosting and maintenance package with us (the first year of hosting is included), but you may also want to consider some of the additional packages we offer to help your business grow.
